Refunds Policy
Governing Service Cancellation
RepairFlowJP operates on a fee-for-service model, meaning refunds for completed work are generally not provided. Our fees cover the allocation of specialist time, proprietary data analysis, and technical implementation performed during the service period. Clients seeking to terminate services must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle, as stipulated in the formal service agreement. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the charging of the full upcoming month's retainer fee. Refunds are not granted for non-performance based on search engine ranking fluctuations, as outlined in our Disclaimer. However, if RepairFlowJP fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work for a given billing cycle, a partial or full refund proportional to the undelivered service may be considered upon review. Any third-party advertising spend (PPC budgets) is managed but not owned by RepairFlowJP, and therefore, refunds for ad spend must be sought directly from the respective advertising platform. Setup fees and initial audit fees are strictly non-refundable once the work has been initiated and the technical roadmap has been delivered. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our Billing Department detailing the grounds for the claim. We commit to reviewing all refund requests within 14 business days of submission. Our priority is client satisfaction, and we encourage open communication to resolve performance concerns before formal cancellation is pursued. We strive to maintain fair and transparent billing practices for all our automotive clients in.
